Book Chapter— Mindfulness in the Practice Room
The Flute Studio Companion by Dr. Erika Boysen
Following a period of research and resulting series of online presentations during the COVID pandemic, I authored a book chapter—Mindfulness in the Practice Room—for inclusion in The Flute Studio Companion (lead author, Dr. Erika Boysen; editor, Dr. Hannah Weiss). Coming soon, through Conway Publications, this book will serve as a pedagogical resource for aspiring flutists alongside the undergraduate and graduate flute studio curriculum.
